Dr. Jennifer Lidstrom
Dr. Lidstrom has always been driven in the areas of health, wellness and athletic competition. She has been practicing chiropractic medicine and helping people overcome their pain and improve their lives since 2002. Dr. Lidstrom grew up being active in sports and with a family involved in the motorsports racing industry. This experience has allowed her to have a greater understanding of how important it is to promote the health of our bodies through nutrition, state of the art chiropractic care and overall wellness techniques. She is one of only three females in the state of North Carolina to earn the credential of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and the only female to hold this credential in the charlotte area.

Dr. Luis Rosado
Dr. Luis is passionate about helping people move well, eat well, and live well. With a background in martial arts and competitive sports, Dr. Luis has experienced his share of injuries and setbacks. High-quality chiropractic care has been instrumental in his recovery and journey towards high performance. He achieved his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University in Chesterfield, Mo, and completed a Master’s degree in Sports Performance and Rehabilitation. He completed a Master’s degree internship at the St. Louis Rams Training Academy, where he served as a speed and ability coach, and assisted in implementing injury-prevention strategies with athletes. Dr. Luis is a certified “Rock Doc” due to his post-grad education with Rocktape Functional Movement Techniques (FMT), a 2-part kinesiology taping certification led by industry leading experts in movement assessment and therapy. Dr. Luis loves spending time with his wife Sarah and children, Sofia and Xavier. They enjoy the outdoors and becoming actively involved in the community. His ideal day begins with a good cup of coffee, reading a good book, and getting the body moving!
