We hate clipboards as much as you do. You will receive your intake forms digitally before your visit. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can verify your insurance and get you straight into the exam room.
Biomechanical Assessment
We don't guess. We will perform a comprehensive functional movement screen, neurological tests, and digital X-rays (if necessary) to pinpoint the exact root cause of your pain.
Immediate Relief & Action Plan
In most cases, we begin treatment on day one. We will deliver targeted therapy to reduce your pain immediately, and map out a precise, active rehab protocol to fix the issue permanently.
